Annual Show

The Show is held on the last Saturday of August and as well as Killearn residents is open to entrants from outwith the area. Every year new classes or competitions are added to reflect changing interests and lifestyles. The schedule of classes for 2013 will be available from May at a cost of £2.00. This includes society membership and entitiles all members of the household free entry into all classes as well as free entry to the Show on the day. In 2013 the Show is to be held on 31 August and will be in the newly renovated Village Hall and the Church Halls.

The Mrs Ewen Cameron Trophy is awarded each year for the most attractive garden as viewed from the roadside throughout the parish of Killearn. All gardens are judged.

The Leonora Murray Trophy is awarded each year for the Hidden Garden class. This is for gardens which cannot be seen from the road. A form for entry in this competiiton is included in the Schedule or can be obtained from the secretary or click on "Contact Us".

Both of these competitions will be judged in the ten days immediately preceding the Show.
